Inserting Pictures

To insert photos, you need to go into the marketing reports.  This only applies to PREMIUM Rehab Valuator accounts. 

• 1)      Open your deal under My Deals or Create a New Deal

• 2)      Once inside the deal you go View Reports

• 3)      Select the reports that you want to use (these reports have spots to insert photos cover page, exec sum, marketing sheets, private lender funding req., addl’ pics page, comps report) and then hit generate. 

FYI: These pages will be combined with the others report pages as well.  These are simply the pages that allow for photos as that’s what we’re focusing on in this guide.

• 4)      Once you’re on a page that allows for photos like the cover page you hit the camera icon to open the photo controls.
