The one thing Rehab Valuator doesn't do is help you find leads. The software does everything once you get the lead:

• Help you pull up comparable sales and rentals, determine ARV and figure out the right offer
• If you're wholesaling, helps you create marketing presentations for cash buyers and even build a buyers' list through sharing your deals
• If you're buying the deal yourself, it will help you raise money (private, hard, banks) for your deal by generating funding requests for lenders
• If you're doing the rehab (or new construction) it will provide you a full Project Management Suite to build your cost estimates, get bidding, track your project in real time, create reporting, draw funding requests etc.
