How much does it cost to build my project?

One important thing to note is that Rehab Valuator Premium allows you to create a budget that are specific for your project.  Costs can be different from state to state, city to city, even house to house on the same block.  But to get you started, we currently include templates based on completed projects that reflect mid market costs that you can edit to match your specific project.

The templates include:

• Full Gut Renovation with an addition
• New Construction SFR
• Duplex New Construction
• Multi-family New Construction
• Entitlement Template
