Joint Venture Partners/ JV Split

When it comes to bringing in Joint Venture partners, it usually starts with two things:

  1. Presenting the deal clearly — showing the numbers, projected returns, and how the partnership would be structured.
  • Have you worked up any of these deals in your Premium software? You can actually account for a JV split and show potential partners exactly what they could stand to profit from the deal.
  • See the screenshot below for a visual reference of where to find this in the software.

  1. Building relationships with potential partners — often through your existing network, local investor meetups, REIA groups, or even by connecting with private lenders who may also be open to equity partnerships.
  • Since you’re a member of the Inner Circle, have you tried reaching out within the group to see if anyone might be interested, or knows someone who is?

Having a solid opportunity to present makes those partner conversations much easier. Work up the deals and generate your reports and presentations so you can show potential partners that you’re serious — and that the numbers make sense!
